Our Independent Inventory Reports
It is of benefit to both the landlord and the tenant that their inventory report is compiled professionally and in accordance with recognised industry standards. In addition to a professional approach, Visual Inventory also take a 'hand holding role' making sure you don't have to encounter any difficult situations. For instance, we will tailor the report to suit your needs and it will always contain: detailed narrative descriptions, high quality digital photography, itemised inspection and condition inspection.
Check In Inventory Report
Once your inventory report has been completed this will now be used when a check-in takes place. Prior to or once a tenancy begins we can meet your new tenant and review the inventory report with them. If in agreement, their signature will be secured on the report. As part of our hand holding role, meter readings can be recorded and keys can be handed over after being listed on the inventory.
Tenancy Interim Inspection Report
Keeping a mutually contented relationship between tenant and landlord is vital for the longevity of the Tenancy. So although you may think an inventory service is only for the start and end period of a property let you are in fact wrong. This is where Visual Inventory's interim report is excellent. What though are the benefits? Landlords may ask themselves, "Will my tenant feel I'm being overly intrusive"? Tenants may worry "Is this a sign my lease is ending"?

Check-Out Inventory Report
When the tenancy comes to an end, for whatever reason, an inspection of the property takes place. This will identify any differences between the present condition of the property and the condition recorded in the inventory report at the time of check-in. The level of cleanliness and general condition of the property will be taken into consideration to begin the check-out report. All items that may now be missing, broken or damaged will be recorded along with meter readings.
If the tenant is present at the time time of the check-out visit we can obtain the property's keys and have them returned to the landlord or their agent. Once the check-out report is complete it will be emailed to the landlord or their agent within 48 hours.
